There are 2 apartments for 2 – 4 people on each floor. These can be booked floor by floor for larger groups/families.

The prices are per apartment and night excluding local tax of € 1.50 per person and night (from the age of 15) as well as excluding mobility fee of € 0.50 per person and night (from the age of 15). Included are bed linen as well as towels, electricity and heating. You can use Wi-Fi for free throughout the house. The parking spaces directly in front of the house are also provided free of charge (garage for a fee). Washing facilities (washing machine, dryer) you can use for a fee (detergent etc. available).

Final cleaning: € 110,- per apartment – this price includes intermediate cleaning for stays of 7 nights or more.

We can provide you with baby equipment on request.

You are welcome to take your dog with you (surcharge depending on size).

We kindly ask you to inform us about your arrival. In general, the apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. (early check-in is possible after consultation).

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m. (late check-out is possible after consultation).

30% deposit of the total amount is due upon booking, making it binding. The remaining amount is to be paid on site – we accept Visa and Mastercard as well as Maestro.

Cancellations up to 30 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of the price will be charged.
In the case of later cancellations and no-shows, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
